Registration/Lodging Information

Cognitive Symposium and Pre-symposium, 2010

Contact Hours/AOTA CEUs

For OTs: Attendees will be eligible for a total of TBA contact hours for TBA AOTA CEUs. CEU's awarded to participants will be based on the number of sessions attended during the 3 days of symposium. Official AOTA CEUs are kept on file by the CEU administrator. Attendees will receive an official document verifying CEUs earned within 30 days after the symposium. Disclaimer: The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA.

For non-occupational therapists: Follow your professional organization’s procedures for receiving CEUs.

Registration

Symposium registration fee includes: Continental breakfast and luncheon each day and symposium sessions, posters, and exhibits plus all presentation handouts.

Pre-symposium registration fee includes: Continental breakfast, luncheon, and an ACLS leather lacing tool.

Accepted payment methods: Online Registration with credit card, as well as mail in registration paid in US Dollars by check, money or purchase order will be available soon.

For each attendee’s registration to be processed:

- Each registrant, including complimentary registrants, MUST complete and send in a registration form.

- Full payment (unless complimentary or negotiated otherwise) must be received.

- Payment or proof of payment for ACN membership (9/1/10-9/31/10) MUST be included to register at the ACN member rate.

- All registrants’ names must be noted on all checks, money or purchase orders for both individual and group registration payments made by mail.

Space for both the symposium and pre-symposium is limited. There will be a $25.00  fee for a returned check. On-site registration will be accepted on a space available basis at the appropriate rate listed above.

- Fees are refundable only if notification of cancellation is received TWO weeks prior to the symposium.

Continuing Education Accessibility Policy

ACN is committed to providing equal access and reasonable accommodations for all attendees at this continuing education offering in accordance with the ADA. Lodging

Rate: A limited number of rooms at $129.00 + taxes/room/night are being held at the Crowne Plaza, King of Prussia. Online reservations will be available soon.
